Ohio History Museum

Ohio History Museum

BACKGROUND

The 4th grade students are acting as curators for Leighton's Ohio History Museum, which means they are means they are in charge of the different collections on display in the museum. A new collection is being put together to celebrate all of the different inventions that have come out of Ohio. It is their job to oversee the installation of the different objects, and to make sure the display for each item is complete. Before the exhibit can open, the objects will be displayed in a chronological system from the earliest invention to the most current. Each object will be displayed with information about the inventor, when it was invented, why it was invented, and what impact (both positive and negative) it had on Ohio, the United States, and the rest of the world.
